Slow Living Farm is what we call our tropical organic farm on the Pacific coast of Mexico. We came here on our honeymoon 17 years ago and stayed. We didn't know the scope of what we were starting together but with our hearts wide open we began and our dream grew. It's been an adventure in self-discovery and learning how to live purposefully, savoring the "doing" rather than the "just get it done".

Don't let the word "slow" fool you. We are living the most productive and fulfilling days we've ever lived, just more deliberately and with more enjoyment. What makes for "slow living"? We took the name from the impetus of the "slow food" movement. We recognize the satisfaction and value embedded in producing something unique to this place and our talents, and it's not limited just to food but can be applied to anything.
